1) Who are you? What’s your background?
I’m Muiz, and I consider myself as a cartoonist.
2) What does your work aim to say?
Growing up, I’ve always enjoyed watching cartoons, movies and reading comics, so naturally I wanted to make my own stories!
3) Who are your biggest influences?
A ton! But if I had to boil it down.. My Mount Rushmore of favorite artists are probably Bill Sienkiewicz, Darwyn Cooke, Moebius and Alex Toth.
4) How do you seek out opportunities?
I’m still trying to figure this one out(hahaha).
5) Which current art world trends are you following?
I love anything from Comics to Fine art to concept designs from movies/videogames. I am a big time collector of graphic novels and Art books!
6) Where do you see yourself 5 years?
Trying to improve, cause I’m still new to this drawing thing(haha).
